Hareketli yatakl\u0131 biyofilm reakt\u00f6r\u00fc, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f kirleticileri \u00e7ok iyi giderir. Ancak ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lardan kopan biyok\u00fctleyi tutmaz. Bu nedenle her MBBR tesisinin arkas\u0131nda bir kat\u0131 ay\u0131rma \u00fcnitesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu rehberde temel se\u00e7enekleri kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca her birini debinize, de\u015farj limitlerinize ve sahan\u0131za nas\u0131l uyduraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h2>MBBR Kat\u0131 Madde Ay\u0131rma Neden Farkl\u0131d\u0131r?<\/h2>\n<p>Aktif \u00e7amur sistemlerinde operat\u00f6rler \u00e7\u00f6ken \u00e7amuru havaland\u0131rma tank\u0131na geri g\u00f6nderir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k MBBR, biyok\u00fctlesini ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fczerinde tutar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tesiste \u00e7amur geri devir hatt\u0131na gerek kalmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum, ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revini de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 yaln\u0131zca fazla biyofilmi ve di\u011fer ask\u0131da kat\u0131lar\u0131 bir kez uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca MBBR \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kat\u0131 deri\u015fimi genellikle birka\u00e7 y\u00fcz mg\/L d\u00fczeyindedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin klasik bir aktif \u00e7amur \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme havuzu 3.000 mg\/L ve \u00fczeri \u00e7amurla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yine de MBBR kat\u0131lar\u0131 her zaman iyi \u00e7\u00f6kmez. \u0130nce ve da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k partik\u00fcller, b\u00fcy\u00fck floklar olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyabilir. Bu y\u00fczden bir\u00e7ok tesis ay\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce az miktarda koag\u00fclan veya polimer ekler.<\/p>\n<h2>MBBR Kat\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 Ay\u0131rmak \u0130\u00e7in Temel Se\u00e7enekler<\/h2>\n<p>Tasar\u0131mc\u0131lar genellikle kendini kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015f d\u00f6rt teknoloji aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7im yapar. Her birinin belirgin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Klasik \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme havuzlar\u0131:<\/strong> Basit, dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve i\u015fletmesi ucuzdur. Asl\u0131nda DAF, hafif ve zor \u00e7\u00f6ken biyofilmle \u00e7ok iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disk veya bez filtreler:<\/strong> \u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f AKM de\u011ferleri sa\u011flar. \u00dcstelik bir\u00e7ok tesis bunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrmeden sonra son parlatma ad\u0131m\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Do\u011fru Ay\u0131rma Ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 Nas\u0131l Se\u00e7ersiniz?<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015fe de\u015farj izninizle ba\u015flay\u0131n. Ask\u0131da kat\u0131 madde limiti s\u0131k\u0131ysa tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme havuzu yetmeyebilir. Bu durumda arkas\u0131na bir filtre ekleyin. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bu limitleri Su Kirlili\u011fi Kontrol\u00fc Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi belirler. Benzer \u015fekilde ABD \u00c7evre Koruma Ajans\u0131 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/npdes\/municipal-wastewater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">belediye at\u0131ksular\u0131<\/a> i\u00e7in izin limitlerini a\u00e7\u0131klar.<\/p>\n<p>Sonra sahan\u0131zdaki alana bak\u0131n. Lamel \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ve DAF \u00fcniteleri ciddi yer tasarrufu sa\u011flar. B\u00f6ylece kompakt end\u00fcstriyel sahalara ve tesis d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerine \u00e7ok iyi uyarlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan at\u0131ksuyunuzu de\u011ferlendirin. G\u0131da tesislerinden gelen ya\u011fl\u0131 at\u0131ksu \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u00e7\u00f6kmek yerine y\u00fczer. B\u00f6yle ak\u0131mlar i\u00e7in DAF genellikle daha iyi bir se\u00e7imdir. \u00d6te yandan evsel at\u0131ksu, \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme havuzlar\u0131nda ve lamel \u00fcnitelerde iyi \u00e7\u00f6ker.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak i\u015fletme maliyetlerini tart\u0131n. DAF, hava doyurma pompalar\u0131 ve kimyasal gerektirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in daha fazla enerji harcar.
